Rally Rzeszow makes its debut in the FIA European Rally Championship next week, with the entry list headed by former event winners Bryan Bouffier and current ERC Champion, Kajetan Kajetanowicz.

Bouffier will be making his second appearance of the 2016 in the Gemini Clinic Rally Team Citroën DS3 R5, after leading the first leg of the Kenotek Ypres Rally in June. The Frenchman is a three-time Polish champion and four-time winner of Rally Rzeszow, making him the most successful driver in the history of the event which turns 25 in its ERC debut year.

He’s one of six Polish drivers in Ford Fiesta R5s together with 2015 Polish champion Łukasz Habaj, current series leader Grzegorz Grzyb (another former event winner) ERC regulars Jarosław Kołtun and Tomasz Kasperczyk and Tomasz Brzeziński. Raul Jeets (Skoda Fabia R5), Dávid Botka (Citroen DS3 R5), János Puskádi and Antonín Tlusťák (both Fabia R5) are also entered.

Wojciech Chuchała returns to defend his ERC2 lead on home soil against Hungarian Tibor Érdi Jr, while a strong ERC3 line-up features Murat Bostanci, Nikolay Gryazin, László Német, Alex Filip and Tomasz Gryc.
